User Profile

My interests are of the average nerdy sorts which are typical to billions around the world:
- Comics
- Drawing
- Anime
- Computers
- Movies (foreign included)
- Video Games (all but fighting games in particular)

I have a few quirks however which I feel are very different from the majority of society:
I like to be meticulous when I get down to doing any sort of job. If it's a job, I'll try to do it the most efficient and accurate way possible. Although, If it's not a clear cut job ( example: cleaning your own room), I usually am lazy about it until I prioritize it to the status of "job". This is determined by the current "job" load.
I enjoy information of substance. I disregard all talk about meaningless things unless it reveals some sort of information. Small talk is pointless and it doesn't provide any value besides taking up time. However, some things that appear to be small talk can sometimes not be. These usually reflect some character points or opinions to which I usually like to talk about. Not only does it let me know people for what they really are, but it also gives me a different perspective on life. I like to compare what others think with what I believe. This usually leads to some people feeling annoyed. Sometimes because they have no foundation for their beliefs or reasoning, sometimes because they dislike non-"small talk", and sometimes because they are too closed minded. Either way, I find it more compelling to hang out with people who actually have a voice and are educated enough to discuss them than those who spend mindless amounts of time talking about "how they like the weather" or "I like this (place media influenced item here)."

So pretty much I stay out of most conversations unless I feel like it's something I'd like to hear more about, try my best in everyday life (at least in those aspects effecting others), and enjoy spending my off time learning random facts about the world outside of what I see. By the above I can be construed as rude, but I'm usually the nicest person since I was brought up with the strict manners of the Japanese culture backed by the abrasive "incentives" from being of african-american decent. Both of my cultural heritages I enjoy tremendously. Hence Blk | Shin.
